Refunds, exchanges and credit notes are available on full priced items - not sale items. To be eligible for a refund, credit or exchange your item must be returned within 14 days of date of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered and undamaged. It must come with the original swing tags attached to the garment. Any garments returned that are stained in any way or have been dry cleaned or damaged will not be refunded or exchanged or issues with a credit note.
To complete your return please bring your items into our store. Alternatively, post them to our store and email email@example.com with your order number and request.
Please note Baggys Private reserves the right to refuse to refund, exchange an item or provide a credit note should the garment not meet our requirements stated in this policy. If you are returning your item via post, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please note any costs for postage related to returns to Baggys Private will be incurred at the customer’s expense. We advise sending the item with a tracking number to ensure it is not lost.
